We can provide you with on-line technical support on a per hour basis.
We have the technology and ability to connect to your computer remotely (with your permission of course).
Then we can guide you through the steps necessary to solve your camera connection issues, printer problems, software questions and so on.
All you need is a high-speed internet connection and a telephone near your computer. Our technical guru will provide you with everything you need to know to quickly and easily solve most problems.
The charge for this service is $35.00 per hour with a minimum charge of one hour. Most problems and questions can be solved within 15 minutes to 1/2 an hour.
