Each reel is transfered to DVD as its own chapter. It is helpful to number the reels in the order you would like them transferred. We do not ship your original reels, they are in the possession of one of our staff members throughout the transfer process.
Our DVD's are created to the most universal industry standards available. The files can be editted if your editting software is able to import a .VOB video file. Editted files would have to be burned onto a new DVD.
Most orders are completed within 10 working days. If you require your order to be completed by a certain date, please inform us when you drop off your order. Rush fees may apply during peak seasons (i.e. Christmas).
